It is mostly a social event that attracts many current and former members, plus friends and potential new members. During the evening there is a short business meeting, including installation of our new Officers and Board Members. This is followed by the year's trip presentations! The trip leaders for the upcoming season's trips give brief presentations of their trips and are available before and after the dinner-meeting to answer questions about their trips.
