The Sailing Club is administered by a Board of Trustees.  The composition of the Board is determined by our By-Laws .  Currently there are 6 Officers, at least 7 At-Large Trustees, and up to 3 Appointed Trustees.  Meetings are required at least quarterly, but in reality they are held approximately once each month.  Almost all meetings are open to our members.  We particularly encourage member input during our trip planning cycle which begins the second half of the year.  Check the calendar for upcoming meetings.  By-Laws are available below in both PDF and MS-Word format.
